Joe Gladman has been writing & releasing music since 2017, learning to self produce and engineer himself along the way.
Since his first official release,
'How Far We've Come (feat. Eddie George)', in 2020, Joe Gladman has built up an impressive catalogue of released music. Not being restricted by genre, Joe's production & instrumental palette is diverse & experimental, with much of the production & mixing being done by himself.

In his writing, Joe Gladman often speaks openly about men's mental health, relationships & society norms. His writing & vocal delivery is authentic but personable, helping to build a stronger connection with the listener and his lyrics.
Joe is known for his captivating performances and stage presence, often performing alongside fellow members of ROUTE11, an alternative Hip Hop Collective Joe Co-Founded.

After mixing his own work for many years beforehand, Joe Gladman started freelance Mix/Master Engineering in 2021.

Since the start of his freelance career, Joe has already built an impressive portfolio of released work from artists internationally & from all over the UK.

Joe mixes & masters on a combination of digital and analogue equipment, specialising in vocal production & vocal sound design.

ROUTE11.
ROUTE11 is a UK HipHop collective made up of musicians, songwriters, producers & graphic designers.
Members include:
Joe Gladman, Sai2Sly, ZXDIAK, DrizP, Best One & Karl Alcayaga.

ROUTE11's musical releases tend to vary in genre, but often take inspiration from The Neptunes, BROCKHAPTON & Boy Better Know. ROUTE11 first saw a rise to popularity after member 'Best One' appeared alongside Stormzy on YouTube group Beta Squad's 2022 video 'Guess The Rapper (feat. Stormzy)', where he played a comedic role, leading to the group's first release, 'Block 27' gaining considerable traction online.
ROUTE11 have since made a name for themselves with their relatable songwriting, experimental production & infectious chemistry between members.
The group perform frequently around South West London, most recently when they hosted their 3rd live event -
'The ROUTE11 Experience 3' at The Half Moon in Putney, joined by friends and frequent collaborators.
Joe Gladman takes on the role of Producer, Mix/Master Engineer & Recording Engineer alongside being a performing member, showing his versatility as a musician & music producer.
